Quicket Solutions is pleased to announce that Rockford, the fifth largest city in Illinois, will implement Quicket’s cloud-based Enforcement Platform. Rockford is a vibrant and accessible city in northern Illinois situated on the banks of the Rock River with a population of nearly 150,000 and a metropolitan area population of 350,000. The City desired a highly-configurable solution to streamline enforcement operations in order to enhance customer service and quality of life within the City of Rockford. The City leveraged Sourcewell, the leader in cooperative purchasing for local government, to secure a six year contract with Quicket.
The City ultimately chose Quicket given its experience working with large and diverse jurisdictions and proven ability to increase staff efficiencies, improve communication with residents, and increase collection rates. Multiple departments including Police, Fire, Community & Economic Development, Finance, and Legal will utilize Quicket’s unified platform to eliminate paperwork, manage digital evidence, automate notices, and provide convenient online payment options for citations and administrative hearings. Furthermore, the case management module will improve effectiveness and productivity related to code enforcement efforts.
