Rock Island, IL – July 24, 2025 – Rock Island County has selected Quicket Solutions for its countywide eCitation program. This initiative, spearheaded by the Rock Island County Circuit Clerk and Sheriff’s Office, will enable the law enforcement agencies to transition from traditional paper-based citations and other forms to a streamlined, real-time digital system.
Under the approved intergovernmental agreement—endorsed by the Sheriff’s Office, the cities of Moline, East Moline, Rock Island, Silvis, and the villages of Coal Valley and Milan—Quicket will provide both the software and printer hardware necessary for an integrated, countywide eCitation platform for hundreds of users.
Rock Island County, located in western Illinois along the Mississippi River, is part of the Quad Cities metropolitan area. Known for its strong manufacturing base, transportation infrastructure, and the Rock Island Arsenal, the county serves as a regional hub for industry, defense, and cross-state commerce.
Quicket’s cloud-based platform will streamline citation issuance and digitize many other forms, such as tow reports, and automate data transfer to the Circuit Clerk’s Office. The system enhances accuracy, officer safety, and administrative oversight while reducing paperwork burdens.
