- Technical requirements gathering and monitoring project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Test, deploy, and train clients prior to hand-off to support team
- Occasional travel (~10%) using personal vehicle or by air for client meetings, training, and team offsites. Most travel will be scheduled in advance
- Flexibility to work from home or from Chicago office
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise software implementations (familiarity with local government including law enforcement and courts is a plus)
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong communication skills: communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Excel, and other project management tools
- Must pass criminal background check for access to criminal justice information
- Currently located or willing to move to Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana
